I an NOT including the rabbithole rugs in the save as it's creator disappeared from the internet, so I'm afraid you're gonna have to hunt them down yourselves :( I feel icky reuploading them so I won't include it. The school only hosts the Arts degree, as it's a 6th form art school, and the classes come in the form of rabbithole rugs in it's other campus nearby. The building itself is a student union so your sims will attend lectures there. This save also has a working university in it! It's called Sterling Way and you can check it out here. Pay attention to the household names and descriptions lol I had a lot of fun with it. This save also contains a mixture of pre-made households and households I made myself.
